I have finished the snuggly, milk protein shawl I talked about here. It is awesome!!!! For a reminder, here is the photo progression:

I am in love.
This shawl is loosely based off the Textured Shawl Recipe by orlane on Ravelry. I did mine with the following pattern:
- 20 rows stockinette
- 12 pattern repeats of the textured pattern
- 10 rows stockinette
- 12 rows garter
- 12 rows stockinette
- 16 pattern repeats of the textured pattern
- 14 rows stockinette
- 5 pattern repeats of the textured pattern
- 24 rows garter
The yarn is handspun by me, it is about sport weight and I had about 500 yards total. I bet I used closes to 475 yds or so? This is all purely a guess and I forget how much yarn there was and I didn’t use it all. It is extremely soft and snuggly. I really like how the colors played out and changed in different areas. So happy! Now I just wish it were not the middle of summer so I could wear it!
