Well, lets all pretend this happened last night, but unfortunately, it did not.
My sweater is done done, and I wore it to work and knit night!

Completed and Blocked Febraury Lady Sweater

Back side of the February Lady Sweater
I am extremely happy with how this turned out. I blocked it to bring out the lace pattern which I think helped immensely. The funny part is I have little fuzzy bits of llama everywhere because it is shedding a little. I hope this ends shortly.

Fuzzy softness!

I am exstatic about these buttons! I love them.
Surprise! Sneak attack project!

Finished Flower Hat
Since I had time, I was now able to finish the Flower Hat I had started a week or so ago. I was not super thrilled with the pattern or the outcome, but I like it. I was a little disappointed when I bought the pattern and the flower was knit separately and then sewn on, I was thinking it would be integrated in like a lace pattern. I did not knit the hat 7” before decreasing, only 5” and I am glad I checked because I would not have wanted it bigger. I also had to make the flower center a big bigger by crocheting around the circle a little. I am happy with the outcome, though it was really hard to photograph being a dark blue color. Oh, and it was late when I took these pictures, so please keep that is mind as I do look very tired. The yarn I used was from my friend Laura that she bought me back in college when she studied abroad in Australia. It is called Naturally Guernsey – double knit. It is beautiful yarn, but I am glad I did not use it for a next-to-soft-skin project because it is a slight bit rough.
