I FINISHED THE NEVER ENDING SOCKS!
I started these sock blank socks way back here. Ok, I must give myself credit that these were my purse knitting socks and never got knit on for much at a time. AND I have knit a lot of other things in the same timeframe. But in the last few days I have just went gung-ho on them and it felt as though they would never end.
I bought this sock blank back at the Wisconsin Sheep and Wool Festival a year ago. I dyed them myself last fall.
This is just a generic sock pattern, toe up, and shoot, I just realized I took no photos of the back. I did a slip-stitch mock seam in the back that I increased on either side of in order to increase for my calves. It looks pretty hot, not I am bummed. Sad.
Well, not too much exciting yarn or pattern wise to talk about. I guess you will just have to enjoy another photo.
