There has been some baby sewing lately. I had a big project for this cute little one:
These adorable little corduroy overalls!
It was a little putzy, but I think it was worth it. I completed it in a few different sittings. Lots of sewing and turning and pressing and top-stiching. But aren’t they cute?
There is even a snap inseam!
And then there has been secret baby knitting. I bought this yarn back in Hong Kong, and it is an Italian yarn
There were two baby sweaters to make, and at the time I was not sure the sex of either baby. Turns out they are both to be boys, so the pink yarn will be used for something else some day. I decided on the Garter Yoke Baby Cardigan. I am so happy with how they turned out, and I used all but a few yards of the yarn!
This one was just gifted to an old friend when I was back in Wisconsin last weekend. I especially love the Beatrix Potter’s Peter rabbit buttons!
This one is for Joel’s coworker, to be gifted in a few weeks.
I really enjoyed knitting this pattern, and would totally recommend it. It went together really quickly and easily.
