Spring means growing plants, flowers and babies!
I seem to know lots of people having babies lately. I have made a bunch of baby booties. Here is a set of booties with a matching hat. The yarn is called Venezia and it is cotton. I really liked knitting with it.

I also made another three pairs of baby booties for another friend who is expecting.

more one hour booties, please excuse the lack of buttons

More booties with missing buttons
And then I decided to make the Anouk jumber by Kate Gilbert. I made a few changes, like no pockets and I decided to make it all one piece instead of having the separate front and back. I am not thrilled with the outcome, I was not overly happy with the pattern. I like the outcome ok but I am not thrilled with it.

So, more baby knitting to come, this is it right now, I have some more in the works that I have bought yarn for, yay! I am excited!
So spring also means growing! Here are some fun photos I wanted to share.

Our landlord is letting us plant a garden

So I decided to start a bunch of seeds!

Watching seeds grow is so amazing!

Remember my new terrariums I planted? One is in bloom!

Neighbor's blooming tree/shrub

Beautiful blossoms

A different neighbor has holly trees!

Yup, its holly!

Look how big this one is, so cool!
So thanks for sharing in the joys of spring with me. Now it is time for a nap.

So sleepy....

Oh, and Mom, this is for you
