Boy we have been busy! Joel and I have been taking advantage of the beautiful weather and not sitting still.
We went and visited my brother and his fiancee in the Detroit area a few weekends ago and had a blast!
We got a new roof!
I bought the most awesome grill! (Partial Christmas present from my parents, THANKS!) It is both gas and charcoal! With a burner! It is awesome!
I am sprouting new seeds for my new gardens.
Joel and I had our anniversary and went to Oregon Wine country and had an incredible weekend.
I bought new plants for the yard that we have been working on including asian pear trees, japanese maple, hydrangea, bleeding heart, roses, rhodedendron, lilac, and much much more! (No photos of that yet unfortunately)
Joel and I built big raised beds in the back yard. Dirt is on its way!
Oh, and I got a new car! Wahoo!
So yes, things are crazy. Thus, no knitted projects have been finished lately. Maybe I need to knit more, I think Joel might be happier with less work outside! I am so excited to get the yard finished, it is so close.
