What the heck have I been doing? Well, for one, I have had a lingering cold since my Birthday 3 weeks ago! It has made everything dreary for a while. But, here is what else I have been up to!

I made Joel and I Dharma jumpsuits for Halloween!

I helped a good friend with cataloging and photographing his Pyrex collection.

I went shopping for some fun sewing projects.

I also went shopping for some beads at an amazing bead warehouse store. These are amazing sparkly beads that I am going to spin with this roving that I plan to card with this sparkly sparkly.

I also got these amazing copper beads to go with this copper suri alpaca laceweight that was a gift for my birthday from my Mother-in-Law. This will become a beaded scarf. I am thinking this one.

I finished a shawl for a Christmas gift. I made the Centrique Shawl using Claudia Handpainted Yarns Silk Laceweight in the Ink colorway. The end result is about 48″ wide.

I am happy with the pattern. I am thrilled with the yarn. Luckily I have a ton of this left so I get to make something for myself! Yay! Oh, and here is a bad photo of it on me for size perspective.

I am working on an Ishbel for myself with a gorgeous shade of Starry. I should have it done this week probably.

These are a new purse knitting project, Tristan & Isolde socks! Love it! The colors are this saturated and bright!
And….what I haven’t been working on….I can’t believe I will be showing you this, but this is my sad sad garden.

The one bright spot are the peas!!!

Well, I think that is about it! There are secret projects for the Holidays that will have to wait, and spinning and lots of other stuff, so I hope to be better about reporting in soon!

Yay updates! The Centrique shawl looks phenomenal in the laceweight–very delicate! I’m thinking of casting on another Ishbel at some point for myself, that was a fun project!
