Sara and I had lavender lemonade when we were up on Washington Island, someone else talked about it and then yesterday, we were at a going away lunch at Fratello's and the "healthy" (no it wasn't deep fried veggies) option for a side was lavender pears. A couple of folks made a weird face about that one, but, I thought it sounded interesting. I needed a waffle fry fix, so unfortunately, I didn't try any. Now you mention the strawberry lavender lemonade....just found a recipe to do some with our lavender. Starting my 3rd toeless sock for in my cast....they work really nice.
