The Dr. is in

Yay for new sewing projects!  Joel needed a very specific style of lab coat for his Halloween costume, so I decided it was about time to make it, now that it is October.

I had a few screen shots to go off of, and I used a bathrobe pattern to loosely base the pattern off of.  I am very happy with the results from basically winging the whole thing.  Here is the result!

Also, yesterday we went to Appleton with Rachel and Jolyn.  We had Sushi, went to the LYS and went to the Halloween store.  I finally got knitting needles to start on Joel’s socks!

We also stopped by the Library to visit Margaret at her embroiderer’s guild show.  Rachel was speedily working on a hat.  Margaret was working on some embroidery, Jolyn was working on a scarf I helped her start, and Joel was reading.  (Boring).  Happy Weekend everyone!
